February Vacation - Things To Do

Are you planning on a February Staycation? No need to panic. Here are some activities for your kids/teens to enjoy. Click on the links for more details about the events.


Self Esteem Through Art Camp: Island Getaway Kids' Time. Wednesday 2/19 and Thursday 2/20, 9:30am-12:30pm. Tropical vacation minus the cost plus lots of fun.

Soccer for Smiles Tournament to benefit Random Smiles Project, 2/18-2/20.

"Sprinkle of Etiquette" for children at The Cake Bar. 2/18, 1:30-2:30pm. Table manners are more than about proper eating; it's about being kind and considerate of others. Contact Cake Bar to reserve a spot.

Franklin Art Center:  2/18 Cookies and Canvas (9:30am-11:30am), 2/19 Kids Paint a Sled Workshop (9am-12pm), 2/20 Cookies and Canvas (9:30am-11:30am).

Hockomock YMCA offering number of February Vacation Minicamps at all 3 branches.

Franklin Recreation Department: Street Hockey Clinic, EXTREME Science, Rock Climbing Trip, Kid Care Babysittig, Tools of a Scientist (Pre-K), Paintball Trip, Animal Adventure workshop, Nashoba Valley Tubing Trip. Franklin Public Library offering many activities for February vacation (crafts, legos, winter carnival and much more). Check out other libraries in the area: Bellingham, Medway, Millis, Norfolk, Wrentham.

Stony Brook Audubon Sanctuary, Norfolk MA - day camps from 9am-3:30pm, 2/18-2/21.
