Community Spotlight: Sandhya's Kitchen

I had the pleasure of cooking with Sandhya at Sandhya's Kitchen recently and would love to share her business with you. Her lessons are fun, interactive, very hands on and you will learn to make some delicious, healthy food and take it home as well.

Sandhya runs Indian Vegetarian Cooking Lessons from her home in Franklin.  She can teach you how to make your favorite Indian dishes.....they are much healthier and a much cheaper option to restaurant food! Completely unprocessed plant based cooking! Most of the menu is gluten free and Sandhya can modify the recipes to be vegan if desired.

She does private and semi private (2 people) lessons in her home. Sandhya's Kitchen for full menu. You and your friends will learn to cook Indian food and also sample what you cook. You will cook three dishes of your choice in 2 hours. If you would like to have an Indian Cooking Lesson party at your home Sandhya can bring her kitchen to you.

The cost includes the cost of materials and if you go to Sandhya's home, she does all the prep and the clean up too! Lessons are 100% hands on and interactive. You can also buy a gift certificate if you want to give her lessons as a gift. Visit Sandhya's Facebook page to see ratings and reviews.

Currently Tri-County HS in Franklin is offering group lessons for adults called Indian Cooking Made Easy. You can sign up HERE, but hurry - space is limited!
